Maty Dia serves as the Senior Civil Society Organization(CSO) Partnerships Specialist at the Global Financing Facility (GFF), spearheading the global CSO agenda.

Before her tenure at the GFF, she held the position of Partnership Manager at the GFF Civil Society and Resource Engagement Hub hosted by PAI. In this role, she shaped civil society and youth engagement into GFF’s core strategies.

Earlier, at the Partnership for Maternal, Newborn and Child Health, Maty amplified advocacy and communication for global health initiatives as the Africa NGO Focal Point.

Her extensive experience spans health and nutrition programs in West Africa, with a particular focus on community engagement. With a deep-rooted expertise in policy, advocacy, and accountability, Maty has been instrumental sculpting, reinforcing civil society coalitions and championing their vision’s vision in national policies.

She holds a Master of Science in International health from the Charité Medical School at Humboldt University in Germany.
