Aware of the essential role of young people in the response to the issue of Universal Health Coverage in this context marked by the digital revolution, the Galien Africa Forum places great emphasis on developing their leadership.
Indeed, when young health actors develop their leadership and understand the challenges of digital transformation in favor of public health and other basic social services, communities benefit greatly.
Thus, with the skills acquired through this training, these young people increase their chances to positively influence the quality of health of populations.
This training will address in a practical way the fundamentals of leadership development including the must-have aspects of digital transformation in the health sector in Africa.
